Our Technology Offers
Android Apps for Smart Low-Cost UV-C Sanitizer
We have developed an android app for sanitizer device using simple algorithms with advantages such as UV-C lamps lifetime monitoring, configuring UV-C lamps, a set of exposure dosage databases for harmful microorganisms including coronaviruses, estimating minimum exposure time based on room volume, and sterilization with scheduled time. This android app can be installed and used on most android smartphones. This stand-alone app can be applied on various type of sanitizer by just installing the control module on the device.
We are looking for companies to license this technology or co-develop this technology for other applications.
Human far-UVC (ultraviolet C light) Disinfection Chamber
A human disinfection chamber employing far-ultraviolet C light (UV-C) has been designed to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms as well as the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), a respiratory disease called coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19). It is expected as one solution to prevent and slow down transmission during COVID-19 pandemic.
The disinfection chambers have an entry point, an exit point, an enclosed chamber where the disinfection occurs. In addition, several positioned UVC sources have been installed to expose the target inside the room, expecting the reduction of the pathogenic microorganisms and (SARS-CoV-2).
The dimension of the chamber has been designed to provide comfort, safety, and effectiveness. In addition, the exposure time has been calculated to minimize congestion. This chamber can be applied in the main entrance of the building as primary exit and entry human Screening Practices.
We are seeking research and development collaboration to develop the product for other application and companies who are interested to license this technology.
Smart Low-Cost UV-C Sanitizer
We developed a simple Smart UV-C Sanitizer to inhibit the spread of unwanted microorganisms, such as Covid-19 viruses. The developed sterilizer is used to sterilize the room using UV-C light. The advantages are low cost, smart that can analyse optimal light exposure according to target microorganisms, safe for humans because the human presence sensor is activated, and remote control using an application on a smartphone. Using the developed sterilization tool can be used to inhibit the spread of Covid-19 viruses in the current pandemic situation. It can be used for medical offices, school/ campus, administrative offices, factory, and so on.
We are seeking research and development collaboration to develop the product for other application and companies who are interested to license this technology.
Herbs Based Anti-Cellulite Cream and The Production Process
Cellulite, more commonly known as orange-peel skin, is the formation of lumps and dimples in the skin. The underlying cause for cellulite is not clear. It has been attributed to the uneven distribution of accumulated fat cells that push up against fibrous connective cords in the skin, resulting in the skin dimpling. Cellulite affects 80 to 90 percent of women, primarily in the buttocks and thighs.
There have been many approaches to improve the appearance of cellulite. However, most of these treatments yield little satisfying results, especially on a long-term basis. The technology is a topical cream containing herbs such as Centella asiatica and zingiber for reducing the appearance of cellulite in women. This topical cream has been tested and proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The technology comprises the anti-cellulite material and its production process. The production involves nano-emulsion for each mixture of the individual anti-cellulite ingredients. Using nanotechnology helps to increase the effectiveness and bioactivity of these ingredient components, thereby enhancing its effects on cellulite reduction.
The technology provider is seeking collaboration opportunities with research institutes, universities, and industry players to increase product innovations in market niches within the cosmetics and beauty, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Fermented Monascus Rice to Reduce Its Toxic Citrinin
The mould Monascus purpureus fermented rice (ang-khak, hóng qū méi) has been used for centuries as food ingredients and traditional medicine. But the use of this comes with risk due to the presence of this toxin: nephrotoxic citrinin. This risk can be reduced to a safe level through co-culturing the selected Monascus and bacteria of Bacillus megaterium. Simultaneously this process produces a relatively higher bioactive compounds of pigment, lovastatin, and gamma aminobutyric. These compounds play an essential role in lowering blood cholesterol and maintain a good blood circulatory system. The institute would like to collaborate through joint research and development in product application, clinical trial, and licensing.
