Our Technology Offers
No-code AI-Robot Programming Platform
This AI-robotics platform is used by the world's leading robotics and advanced manufacturing companies. We offer a no-code and fully-integrated programming software that enables anyone, even those with no robotic experience, to program dynamic industrial robots in minutes. Our proprietary technology incorporates algorithms to enable automated robot path generation and an intuitive graphical interface that eliminates the need for coding and CAD files in robot teaching.
Conventional robot programming is highly difficult and heavily fragmented. Different robot manufacturers require the use of their respective proprietary languages and require high coding expertise. Furthermore, existing automation processes require system integrators to develop custom solutions due to the fragmented modules, such as machine vision, cloud computation and storage, and plc integration, in automation. This results in 75% of the lifetime costs of each robot being software and programming related.
This software has enabled companies to develop and deploy robots ten times faster at one eighth the cost in industrial applications.
AgriFood Trade Solutions Platform for Visibility & Financing
DiMuto is an AgriFood Trade Solutions Platform that simplifies global AgriFood Trade.
The global food supply chain is a complex landscape, often involving multiple stakeholders that work in silos, and data is disconnected, causing a lack of visibility, inefficient operations, wasted resources and losses.
The DiMuto Platform unifies products, documents, and payments all in one to create Trade Visibility throughout the entire supply chain. This helps our AgriFood customers to gain the needed visibility of their business and better manage their trades more efficiently and sustainably. With such trade data, our customers can now also gain access to trade financing, an issue that many of them face in the perishables trade.
Our customer base primarily consists of global AgriFood companies – growers, packers, exporters, importers, and retailers conducting global AgriFood trade.
We are looking for business partnerships in agricultural markets who can help expand our market presence.
Cost-Effective and Flexible Indoor Vertical Farming
With the looming impact of climate change and scarcity of natural resources, indoor vertical farming has been seen as a more sustainable alternative way to meet the growing food demand. However, high start-up cost and the complexity of the operating material are some of the deterring factors farmers faces when deciding to urbanise their farms. The indoor farming technology presented here sets to address the industry's key challenges of complexity and affordability, whilst also providing unprecedented flexibility and efficient scalability.
The end-to-end solution integrates unique hardware, software, and smart technology, with tested and optimised crop growth recipes (available for more than 150 different crops including microgreens, herbs, leafy greens, animal fodder, Australian native plants, flowering plants, and medicinal crops).
The technology is cost-effective, simple-to-use, flexible and scalable, that enables businesses, wherever they sit in the supply chain or geographically, to grow a wide variety of high-quality fresh, clean, and secure produce close affordably, predictably, and sustainably to where it is needed.
The technology provider is looking for industry collaboration partners.
Redesigning Coconut Waste for Sustainable & Affordable Pallets
This technology offers a strong, compliant and 100% bio-based pallets from pressed coconut husks using optimized processing methods from an agricultural waste that is otherwise mostly burned.
The key value proposition of this technology involves the use of whole coconut husks and does not require the use of chemical or synthetic binders to achieve the required high strength and high density properties.
This technology aims to reduce companies’ CO2 emissions and costs, as well as minimize the impact of the global wood shortage to replace single-use wooden pallets for the Asian market. Approximately 1.7 billion pallets are required annually in Asia, translating to about 170 million trees deforested every year, with an addressable market of 300-400 million pallets.
Focus will be in commercial partnerships with multinational export companies in Asia that are impact driven to lower CO2 emissions in their respective supply chain. Furthermore, explore joint-venture partners to co-invest and co-manufacture the pallets in coconut growing countries.
AI-Based Digitized Quality Solution For Fresh Produce
Quality assaying in the current ecosystem is predominantly manual. It is prone to inaccuracy, commodity damage, human error, and bias. Furthermore, manual sampling and inspection are time-consuming. All of these issues result in an acute loss at different points in the supply chain.
Given the vast variety of commodities, seasonal variations, and their respective quality parameters, complications compound. Drawing actionable insights and taking timely corrective action is sorely limited. This begs the need for technological support.
We provide AI-based quality monitoring and grading solutions using deep learning tools for all participants in the agriculture and food industries. Our solutions bring standardization, transparency, and objectivity to the quality assaying process, taking a bite out of food loss across the supply chain.
Our patented technology is smartphone-based as well as machinery-based, making it easy to deploy across different locations. The solutions come with integrated dashboards that analyze data and deliver actionable insights at a granular level.
We are looking for partnerships to expand our geographical outreach and collaborations on manufacturing support i.e. working with regional fabricators for machinery product requirements and also providing after sales service and support to better serve our clients and prospects globally.
Automated Robot Programming for Easy and Rapid Robotics
Conventional robot programming is highly difficult and heavily fragmented. Different robot manufacturers require the use of their respective proprietary languages and require high coding expertise. Furthermore, existing automation processes require system integrators to develop custom solutions due to the fragmented modules, such as machine vision, cloud computation and storage, and plc integration, in automation. This technology offer presents an AI-robotics platform used by the world's leading robotics and advanced manufacturing companies. The platform is a no-code and fully-integrated programming software that enables anyone, including those with no robotic experience, to program dynamic industrial robots in minutes. The proprietary technology incorporates algorithms to enable automated robot path generation and an intuitive graphical interface that eliminates the need for coding and CAD files in robot teaching.
The software has enabled companies to develop and deploy robots ten times faster at one eighth the cost in industrial applications. The solution can be configurable and customized based on clients’ requirements.
The technology owner is currently looking for collaboration with 3D scanning companies to enable higher precision digitization capabilities of this technology. High precision 3D scanning together with this system would enable easy and rapid industrial robot teaching for applications that require higher accuracy such as welding, cutting, and CNC processes. Another avenue of collaboration would be with industrial robot manufacturers to integrate with their hardware systems.
